Trespassers and thieves at the farm!!!
We have been seeing evidence of trespassers at our farm. The guy that farms our land told me that he spotted them up behind the tractor barn a few weeks ago. When what appeared to be the leader of the trespassers figured out that they had been spotted he took off like a rocket with a couple of his cronies close behind, heading down the field road for the back side of our property towards the swamp. From the footprints left in the mud one of them is a LARGE guy. We decided to put up some trail cameras to see where and when these trespassers are crossing our fence lines or if they are coming in through the swamp and what they are doing once on our property. From the pictures on the trail cameras it appears that we may have a gang problem on our hands. We have caught them stealing our soybeans, apples and peaches. We now have the evidence firmly in hand. Now for the public humiliation of having their mugs plastered all cross the WWW.

Yeap, we've told everyone that hunts our farm (four people including my brother and I) to leave the bucks alone. We have so many deer running through and living on our 640 acres the only way we are going to thin the heard is to start controlling the doe population. A side benefit is we are starting to see more high quality bucks by letting them get a few years on them.

You had best take care, they all appear to be armed! You could readily prove self defense if necessary!
