Views of Pilot Mt. "Knob "
Here`s some pix I thought I`d share. The Knob is the top part of Pilot Mountain NC -"Mt. Pilot to you Mayberry fans".
The color of the gleaned field caught my attention as I drove by, so I just had to stop and capture an image.

Got down there once on vacation. Stayed in Mt Airy one night , then off to Lake Norman the next day. It was rainy and foggy when we were within sighting distance of Pilot MT and we never saw it. Until now. thanks

I'm glad you done caught it, and I'm glad you took them pitchers, too!

I was southbound on I-77 Sunday morning and got a good view of Pilot Mountain. I've been down US 52 a few times and you can get real close thataways.
