Take me Back to Tulsa
Special thanks to Bravastar1 for talking me into attending the Tulsa gun show and S&W collector's get together. This is an unbelievable gun show that I highly recommend putting on your bucket list. Great meeting all the guys and putting faces with names. Show and Tell at the meeting was simply amazing. As Arnold said "I'll be back"!!

Take me back to Tulsa
29aholic wears a big black cowboy hat but is one of the good guys.
How about a factory engraved nickel Triplelock, an engraved
revolver presented to J. Edgar Hoover & a Presidential
presentation revolver, & that's just the beginning.Show &
Tell at the BBQ dinner was unbelievable- one incredible gun
after another. If you haven't been do yourself a favor
& make plans for attending. World's best gun show
& a BBQ dinner with the finest collectors (& their finest
guns).Listen to Lonnie & go.
Regards,
turnerriver

Lonnie, I too had a great time as usual and it was great to finally meet you in person after a few thousand phone conversations. The show was great and we all had a great time at the BBQ. If anyone remembers who was interested in my Pre 24 4" Two-Tone please let me know so I can put him at the head of the list when I decide to sell it.
Curtis and Doug...Next time it's my turn to find the chisel point screwdriver in the Dollar junk box..
Doug-I am glad you like the Md 28-2. Hope you take a deer with it soon. Let me know as soon as you want to buy the matching grips..They are in my junk box for the moment. Hope to see all of you in April at the next show.

Hey, Jim, that was me! You promised to trade your pe-24 to me for a raggedy old .38 M&P....just kiddin'!
As everyone else said, it was a great show. The "Show and Tell" was awesome, the FBI presentation revolver was possibly the most beautiful revolver I've ever seen.
It was great meeting yet more Forum guys who I've only known by their screen names.

Amen to all the comments!
It was great meeting the forum folks and just being in the same room with those special revolvers was amazing. I got cold chills just looking at the WTC revolver carried by that brave NYPD officer.
I also learned it's futile to bid against Doc44 when he has his sights set on something! Congrats Bill on the picture!

Thanks to you, I've had this song (as sung by Asleep at the Wheel) stuck in my head since you posted this.
Sadly, I grew up 1 1/2 hours away from Tulsa, and I've never been to this show.
