Default Voere

I inherited this KDF Voere Vohrenbach in what I believe to be a m2112 rifle in 22LR from a friend who got married a few years back. I was researching this rifle when I seen the value of a similar model, the m2005, were pretty high. Not that I'll will ever sell it but anyone have any idea on the value? I promised if he ever wanted it back then I would be happy to return it. I would like a value so I'll know how to treat it, when to clean & lube, storage, etc.

Here is what I picked up last week at a local pawn. Ruger Security Six made in 1984. It was $265 OTD.

Lastly, how much is too much ammo? Every time my friend and I went shooting, he would go overboard on buying ammo. He would buy a brick of 22lr and only shoot a box. The next outing he would buy another brick. I inherited all his ammo. Now I have boxes and boxes of shotgun ammo and a lifetime of 22lr.

I can’t help with the Voere, but it appears to be in very nice condition. Is it a bolt action or a semi-automatic?

Great deal on the Security Six!

There’s no such thing as too much .22 ammo. Prices only go up and it has a very long shelf life.

Bolt action. It jams a lot; the shell ejects straight up and hits the scope then falls back into the mag.

Nice Ruger.I'm glad that someone got a good deal in a pawnshop. They probably loaned very little on the gun.

Thaat looks similar to some Kleingunther K-22's I've seen.
The K22's are selling for big bucks.

I have a Voere centerfire rifle, excellent quality. Looks to me that scope is mounted too low, hence the fired brass falling back into the action.

I have a Savage/Anshutz that was sold inthe late 60's that is very similar to your rifle, yours looks like it could be made by Anshutz. Voere used to make a rifle that fired from an open bolt and was frowned on by the ATF. Your rifle is beautiful! Jeff

When I was stationed overseas I bought a Voere .270 bolt action. Loved it. Came home got, married and sold it. Kids are raised, I'm retired, I'd buy it back in a heartbeat.
