Viewing Sent Messages
On most boards that I'm on, a member can see the PM's that he's sent, in case he wants to refresh his memory about what he sent to another.
Can you do that here, and how? I can't seem to find the right button to click.

There does seem to be explanations on how to do everything here. But, I confess my PMs are so screwed up I think I'll delete all of them and start over. I can't get the folders right and its gotten to the point I dread a PM as my folder gets full. Between User CP and FAQ you would think I could get it.

The myriad of options you have are all controlled in the User CP.
Lower blue nav bar up top on left end.

Good Lord! I have now sent the same basic message probably three times, and see no record of it being sent.
This is too complicated for the average non-computer nerd like me. On the other boards I most send messages from, they are automatically recorded in the Outbox, and I need only click on that to read what I sent and know that it was transmitted.
I've probably sent the member I have in mind the same thing three times. When he sees it, I hope he isn't upset.
I appreciate the effort that Lee takes to make this stuff available. Some of us are just too busy and too naive to make use of all the facilities, I guess.
Thanks for the help. I think I have it now.

In the time you've spent addressing this issue here, you could have read through at least half of the User CP options.
It does not ask you to write HTML code to make your choices, it merely makes you click a checkbox to enable a feature. The really complicated choices make you choose from 3 or 4 options.
It ain't rocket surgery.
User CP>
On the left, click Edit Options >
2nd choice scrolling down- Messaging & Notification >
[CHECK the checkbox]Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default

Well, part of the problem is that I didn't scroll down far enough to see the options listed below the message space.
Sorry to have been a bother. I just made a trial run, and it worked okay.
