My granddaughter wants to go hunting
Well,I guess it was just a matter of time. Her brother Ben has had a lot of success with the deer this year,so Miss Liza has decided to steal a little of his thunder. How? She wants "granddaddy" to take HER! After choosing just the right ensemble,we went to the stand but no deer showed up that day. Discouraged? Not a chance! We'll try again this weekend. BTW,she turns 5 on Wednesday.

Those moments will create everlasting memories. I have two daughters and when they came of age to hunt, only one was interested. At 23 she went out and bagged herself a nice KS whitetail this year. When asked, she tells them her Daddy taught her how to hunt, fish, shoot, mechanic, etal. With her being 1,500 miles away we don't do any of that together anymore so all I have are the memories. Special times Grandpa, don't ever turn her down or you'll miss the trip of a lifetime. God Bless & good luck.

Keep an eye on that little heartbreaker, FT! In fact, keeping her in camo until she's out of college might be a good idea, to keep those young bucks off her trail!

always charish those memories.. my nieces are gonna be 3 in jan and they kept askin me this season "i want to go hunting with uncle matt" it just brings a tear to my eye cuz their dad doesnt hunt. cant wait till i can take em.
