Hi Standard military grip magazines
A follow up on the Hi Standard mags I asked about a couple of weeks ago, I got two from Cheaper than dirt delivered for 52.30. These were made by Triple K and the pictures on the website showed them natural, not blued but when they came they were blue and very well made fit nice, and shoot very well if you have tried to find them most of these were 45-50 dollars each and the originals were much more. Thanks for the update and glad to hear that they work well as delivered. HS magazines tend to be a bit finicky as the guns don't have a feed ramp and the magazine lips work as the ramp. I made a tool to adjust the mags and it is a bit of a challenge at times.

Triple K can be an iffy proposition. I bought one for my prewar Woodsman at a local shop. He had 2. so I tried one in my pistol.
It jammed the slide. I tried #2 and it worked like a charm.
I say this as a heads up. Triple K would have made good on a defective item, but I would have been VERY unhappy if this had been a mail order situation.

I also tried Tripple K HS mags in my Victor some years ago, and it wouldn't feed at all. Gave it to a friend, and it worked like a cham in his Trophy model.
