Default NRA Instructor Training

Well, I just completed the NRA course for Shotgun instructor. I had a good time at it and it was the excuse I needed to purchase my first shotgun. I am now certified in pistol, rifle and shotgun. I use my instructor certifications to assist in new member training at the private pistol club I am a member of.

I enjoy the opportunity to help others to safely enter the shooting sports many of us participate in.

Congrat's. I have been a Pistol & Rifle instructor for over 25 years, and have run a bullseye league in our little pistol club for even longer. We introduce a lot of new members to competition and safe gun handling, and can give them certifications they earn as they progress up the level of experience. Most are quite proud of their Marksman, sharpshooter, expert, and Distinguished Expert ratings.
