At age 66 I grew up in the muscle car era. Have always had something with a little bit of get up and go since. Did my share of street & strip racing in the 60s and helped out a buddy on our local dirt track for a few seasons. Tried to keep up with whats going on in the car culture.

I am not a bike guy, and cannot ever see one in the barn (nothing against them, just other places to spend the $$), but I will agree that may be one of the best looking bikes I have ever seen.

Other than shooting. I've had a love for my project truck, which has been some time since I've touched her! Recently my buddy and I have been building a small block for his camaro. It's been fun and hasn't cost me a thing but time, the build expense has been on his dime lol.

The build is close to being done and he wants to take it to a local shop next month to have it ran on a engine dyno and get it tuned.

I love Mustangs and all forms of racing, as well as other makes and hot rods as well. However, this lady right here is what I love more than anything else in the world right now. She landed in my world at just the right time almost two years ago, when I had really reached bottom on almost everything, women included. She's my heart, and MUCH better to me that what I could ever deserve, and I love her dearly.

Dogs, Travel, History, Auto Racing, Airplanes. We have a Kawasaki Teryx that we use offroad. Lot's of fun. Plow's the driveway and helps with landscaping. Incredible Toy/Tool. Car or CJ is on the horizon.

Been a ham radio operator for 50 years, a musician longer than that, but my real current love is this; a 2011 Ural Gear Up hack rig.

I have had various hobbies and interests during my adulthood. I always had a soft spot for English sports cars, having owned two XK Jaguars and one MK I Jag sedan, Two MGA's and my current 1977 MGB.

I got back into motorcycles after being off them for 35 years with two H-D's. First a 2004 XL1200 Custom and currently a 2006 Softail Deluxe. I love the Deluxe and ride with a small group of like minded friends.

Although I haven't been active in it for about 2 years, I have done Civil War living history for about 20 years ( you guys guess which side ).

Right now my main hobby is working towards retirement in about a year or so. I have tried to collect enough toys to last me another 25 - 30 years.

I'm particularly fond of Saleens...so much so that my youngest daughter is Rebekah Saleen.

Aside from S&W I'm into music. I teach music, I'm a music minister...I mean, most people say they love music, and I can understand and relate...but to do it professionally and still love it! If you love music, imagine that love multiplied beyond what you can imagine--THAT is my life.

I feel bad for people with normal jobs. You will retire and have hobbies still (and that's good) But I can't imagine a CEO or an accountant or a cop or factory worker retiring and then still doing that job in their spare time just for the sheer joy of it until the day they die. I love that I do something that while I love so much will also bring other people joy and make their lives better-entertainment, healing, skills...I love what I do.

I also read, cook, fish, about to take up some gardening, play in the garage, do mom stuff...I like to try new things, take road trips.

I enjoy my pets. Cats and rats.

My 1970 Chevy Nova

Music, I guess. I was never very musical despite coming from a musical family, and in retirement I am trying to make up for lost time. Scattered about the house are a number of instruments -- a nice Gretsch, a low-end Fender P-Bass, a decent Alesis drum box and some non-electric instruments that I need to repair: a late 19th-century parlor organ that needs some new reeds and a bellows repair, a small harpsichord that I built from a kit in 1975 and which needs some new strings and jacks, and so forth. Friday UPS is supposed to bring me a Yamaha keyboard I just ordered. I have a few songs knocking around in my head, and I'd like to get to the point of actually performing what I can hear in my mind.

Photography was a hobby for a while but submerged over the last few years. I kind of have the feeling it may crawl out again once I work up the nerve to divert some gun money to a good high-end DSLR. I experiment with infrared photography from time to time, and since most digital cameras see a little into the infrared, a visually opaque filter that lets long wavelengths through will produce some interesting images. I like B&W infrared photos a lot more than I like false-color photos, so I am big on the white foliage/black sky school of nature photography. There are conversion companies that will fix a stock digital camera to make it function far more effectively in the IR spectrum. I'm not sure if I'm enough of an IR nut to go that far, but the possibility exists and I find myself reflecting on it from time to time. So who knows?

It's fascinating to see where the rest of the forum members spend their time and hobby money. What an interesting bunch of people hang out here!
