Yep, I'll be there on Saturday. Believe that I will be bringing my
Marlin 1894 Cowboy Limited 24" 357 magnum that I bought
Christmas Eve.
Beauty of a gun as well as accurate, for some reason I cannot
warm up to a lever action, in all my years this was the first
lever gun I have ever owned or shot.

I am hoping to be there ( Look for me at Dan T's Table ) but I probably won't know for sure if I'll get to go until the week before.
Depends on my wife who is recovering from knee replacement and it looks like she'll need to go back in for what they call a "manipulation" as her range of motion isn't what it should be.

Careful now! You know what they say..."When Mama's happy, then your happy!" You'll know what to do...

hope you join
Last show I went to (January) a couple guys showed up assuming it was a public show. They were directed to the front desk and were shown the required steps to join. Luckily for them, a couple members talked to them and ended up vouching for them

While you are in the area, you might consider slipping on into Wilmington and stopping at D & D gun shop directly across from the courthouse. Daryl is a great guy, fellow OGCA member and usually has a nice selection of guns.

Good show today, lot's of people early but it thined out in the afternoon. Sold two revolvers and picked up two mags for my M1A and some reloading supplies. I thought a lot of the guns were on the high side cost wise, but I saw a few Colt's and S&W revolvers that were priced OK.

I will post a couple theads on the guns soon.
On second thought....Here's a quickie!

We showed up bright and early. Walked the show. Checked in with DanT first thing (clocked in). Talked for a few minutes then moved along. Found a knife that followed me home. Its a Randall mini 14. It was really cheap for what it is. It did have the wrong sheath, but the guy with the mini 3 traded so now we both have the right one for our knives. Worked out OK. The other mini's I've been seeing are usually priced up over $550. I got mine for a mere $400.
Stopped on the far side just before leaving and bought one of the ammo cans of OO buck. Don't know what I'll do with it, but I hear its good on Zombies or rioters.
Saw and talked to Keith Brown. He looks like he's going to survive, he's just grumpy because he can't eat anything he likes.
One of our members had a pair of spectacular HDs. Both with HBH. Jack Rutter had the transitional Outdoorsman in nickel. I hate being poor. Sure were a bunch of Winchester M21s around.
Just so we don't hurt his tender feelings, I saw Blake again. He was hurt I didn't hammer him at the last show report. My son came along to lug all my loot, so I took mercy on him and didn't buy the ammo till late. I could spend a week at that show, but I'd just get tired and broke.

I arrived yesterday about 11am - it was overflowing, more like the May show, I parked beyond the gravel lot on the back road as there were no spots available. I didn't buy anything but it was still a good time, and would go back today but the inlaws are coming for lunch and I'm stuck at home.

what a successful show! got to meet gjamison and talk to dant, jcelect, rags, pharman, etc.
Saw some nice Smiths....a few i should have bought (60-4, 14-3 8 3/8", 629-4 6", 29-2 S#'d, etc.)....had a pre 29 4 screw with cokes and black case wonder by the table saturday....wanted $1500.00...gun was in shooter shape...a neighboring tableholder bought it (he had some nice smiths on his table also)
Saw a RM engraved by Alvin White (pretty neat)
Sold a few knick knacks, guns, and S&W grips...but did manage to come home with 4 nice sets of early target grips, 3 8 3/8" cleaning rods, some S&W Brand 44 Magnum's and a 27-2 5" S#'d Box along with some other non-S&W stuff
