mostly for LEO's

1. even though there are usually 2 detectives questioning a suspect (and sometimes not) I always thought that taking a gun into the room with the suspect was against policy so the suspect didn't make a try for the gun. some of the guys they get in the room aresome really bad and I wouldn't trust at any time. some of these guys look like they could take a lone detective before the good guys get to the room.

2. at the end of the program when they tell what the bad guys are being charged with the crimes , they also say he is awaiting trial and presumed innocent. isn't there still the potential for the jury to be biased one way or the other?

I kind of like watching the show but i still wonder how film is on the cutting room floor.
