Well I did it, Shooboy Gunsmithing Hammer #1000, NOW, what do I do with it ????
Hi all, I just made up a special Shooboy Custom Gunsmithing Hammer to commemorate #1000 !!! It's a Shooboy Supreme and one of maybe 4 or 5 I have ever made. Now I have to decide what to do with it and I need you guys to help me. So, here's the choices, do I:
A) Just keep it
B) Give it away here as a Karma
C) Give to it Forum member "rags' because he is a cool dude
D) Auction it off as a Forum donation for $$$ for the big ape
E) Give it to my wife for Valentine's Day next year
F) Give it to"rags" for Valentine's Day next year
Your help will be greatly appreciated, thanks, Shoo

I guess I am partial to "B" the karma. I received my Shoo hammer today that I won in Shoo's karma last week. Shoo puts a lot of hard work in these hammers. You might ask how do I know that living way down here in Tennessee. Well I can tell my looking at the quality. It's just that simple. Don

I vote for "D". As the proud owner of a Shoo hammer I am sure the high bidder will love it and Lee will be grateful!

Give it to rags so he can run a forum benefit.
Or G, give it to me, and keep it instate.

Too hard to decide, just give it to me and I'll figure out what to do with it.

Is it numbered and come with a certificate of authenticity?
Why not go at it with a Bedazzler and then donate it to the Liberace Museum?

Thats Purdy!
You make hammers? Who knew?
Do what makes you feel good.
And congrats on the milestone!!!
Is there a serialization chart I can refer to
determine the DOM of my hammers or do I need
the "code" to desypher? Can I use +P+ in it?
Maybe "Proofhouse" has them by now.
Keep on Hammerin!

Yes I do want to know, unable to read the company name upside down.
My only guess is a Turboencabulator but I could be wrong.

I like the auction idea too. I bet the big ape would appreciate it.
By the way, I just received my hammer. Dang, it is better than I expected. Pictures don't do them justice.

Can anybody say "Registered Hammer"? I'll never have an RM, so an RH would be next on my list! A certificate of authenticity by the inventor...oh, and the box? I'm guessing it contains all the accessories that come with the hammer!

Did someone mention a puppy. Sure, I'll bid half a dozen puppies, unless that's what's in the box. Maybe the box has kittens in it. I'm not sure I'd trade puppies for kittens, but I do still want the hammer.

My first guess was the business end of a dial indicator. Could be a Tach. (Model No. 554 ) What ever it is, Ladder would put it to good use and probably take some pictures!

Couple of you guys nailed it, it is a vintage mechanical tachometer that is extremely well made and still works perfectly. Anyone notice the one digit zip code on the instruction sheet ??? Shoo
