Terrible thing to say, but fortunately for them, they are producing more than they can kill.

Yeah, I live near Seattle and have driven the Sac area many many times. But you should see Okinawa or South Korea!

Guess I'll stop complaining about South Florida.

Don't like seeing anyone getting killed but the wrong-way driver butting the other car was pretty funny...

Unless they've changed - Not Likely -
1. The heaviest vehicle has the right of way.
2. Party Members have the right of way.
3. If you're in a hurry you have the right of way.

The scene where the bus knocked the car into the intersection and then kept going - Probably a Party member bus driver that was running late.

The drivers license test is: You can buy a car....

Too much traffic? Drive on the sidewalk. Your car outweighs any pedestrian - so - You have the right away.

Pretty simple rules

China is the only place that I've ever been where you MUST look both ways before stepping out of a building onto a sidewalk. But I'll bet there are others.

Default It ain't just Americans who are idiots behind the wheel

I work in an area where people of many nations visit on a day to day basis. I have seen them drive the wrong way down the street, run lights, run from the scenes of accidents (These are just the foreign nationals visiting the area). Some I have dealt with feel they did nothing wrong and have the attitude people shouldn't have been on the road in front of them in the first place.

People with US Dept. Of State Consular license plates tend to be the WORST of all becauswe they know if they get in a wreck, hurt or kill someone with their antics, they yell diplomatic immunity.
