Default neptune society

got a note from them today offering to help veterans choose a cremation plan at a discounted price for vets
has anyone dealt with them before ?
i am a vet and would probably choose cremation over standard services ....just my preference . NO i am not ready to go , feel like living a lot yet , but it never hurts to plan ahead and it is a help to families

Until someone pipes in - I searched the net and found positive any negative stuff on them. BTW - you can see their page on: Veteran Cremation Services

Here are just a few of the negatives...

Buy a boat. Have fun with it and in your will, designate it as a funeral pyre when you go.

I used to tell the wife to creamate me and shoot my butt out of a cannon. I'll stick around and mess with the neighbors. I already got my final resting place picked out and paid for back in 1980 I got me a twofer
me one the bottom wife on the top. Or vice versa. Frank

The Neptune society handled Dads cremation, everything went off without a hitch. No attempt to up sell or surprise charges. I assume the level of service varies from location to location.

They can toss my cold dead body in the dump, for all I'm gonna care.
Funerals (and associated flowers) are one of THE BIGGEST RIP-OFFS EVER.
Taking advantage of someone at their lowest should be a crime!
