Default Found Perfect Load......38 D/A Top Break

Anybody else use these? Speer plastic bullets fired with only a large pistol primer. Great fun...and quiet enough to use in the garage. Insert primer, insert plastic bullet and fire. What an easy set-up.

I bought these years ago and forgot about them for a while. I checked and they fit fine in my recently rust blued .38 Top Break. Haven't had time to get to the range, but did find a few minutes to hang up some carpet for a backstop and punch some holes in cardboard. I've only got about 30 of these and haven't seen any for sale in years. That said, now I think I need an air conditioner in my garage!

They are on Midway's website. Listed as "out of stock" (when I looked a week ago) but they are there.

Still listed on Speer's website, too, as being made.

I had some of them back in the early 80s. I used a simple Lee Loader kit to put them together then clear the spent primer.
