Default A.D. in Nevada theater

A guy in a Sparks, Nevada theater shifted in his seat, his gun fell out of his pocket and went off as it hit the floor. Shot him where he was sitting, in the buttocks. He got up apologized to those sitting around him and went to the hospital where he was treated. Apparently he did have a CCW permit
Sounds like something is not right with this story?

What do you folks think?

same here ... theaters are starting to look like concentration camps lately.

as for things not sounding quite right ... when has it?
the story changed from dropped gun to sat on gun .. which one it really was we may never know.
Look at it as a PSA to understand your gear and check it regularly ... or, wait for it to come out on DVD

After paying $18 for tickets (apparently a matinee is only before noon, now) and $12.50 for a medium popcorn and Coke, this is about to become my new policy. Or wait another year and watch it on cable for free.
