Default Building an AR is fun

I've been wanting to build an AR for quite a while. Today I got the final pieces and finished up my first build, it was so easy even a caveman can do it...

Spikes Stripped Lower
DPMS LPK
DPMS Buffer Tube, Spring and Buffer
Magpul MOE+ Grip
ACE ARFX Stock
Magpul P-Mag(s)

BCM Standard 16" M4 Upper (Assembled)
BCM Mod-5 Gunfighter Charging Handle
BCM Auto Bolt Carrier Group (MPI)
Magpul MOE Forend
Magpul RVG Foregrip
Magpul MBUS Sight

I'm heading for the range tomorrow, wish me luck!

About the only thing you have to watch for is which of the little springs go where and launching the springs and/or plunger.

That's on my wish list but will have to be a left hand model.

I was going to do an AR build with a .300 Blackout upper here a while back. Went into my LGS here and couldn't buy the lower because we were in Georgia and I have a Florida license. It seems that them ol' boys up in Washington said that I couldn't buy that part because it could be turned into a pistol. Now keep in mind I bought a complete Colt LE6720 AR-15 and 1000 rounds of .223 in the same day but I couldn't buy the bare lower. Dang them boys up there sure are smart to figure out how dangerous that bare chunk of metal is.

You can buy the upper and swap it onto your lower anytime. Kind of like changing a 1911 to .22LR and changing it back only maybe easier with the AR.
