Whenever I'm out and about, I try to stop by Barnes & Noble to check the discount rack for deals. I used to shun B&N for Borders, as the latter's prices were much lower, but since Borders went under, B&N is the only mass bookseller in my area. (Amazon is still my 1st choice for book buying).
Over the past month, B&N's discounted titles have included at least two dozen firearms specific books, with some at considerable savings over publisher's price. The best deal I found to bolster my personal library is "The Last Gunfight" by Jeff Guinn for ~ $7.00. It's a historical chronicle of Tombstone's founding and early days, as well as the background and build-up to the OK Corral. Lots of interesting facts and information not usually found in television or other accounts of the infamous shoot-out, and the author has done an impressive amount of research.
Well worth the nominal investment, and an excellent read.
