Need help with type of gun I have.
I know this type gun has been posted before just wondering if anyone has ever seen these markings before. Trying to figure out where it originated from and maybe year of gun or time frame of when made.

Not sure, but it definitely doesn't look like a Smith&Wesson.

Since it is a 5 shot gun, with a cylinder too short for .38 Spl. or .32-20, coupled with the BS markings, I would lean on the Khyber Pass area too as first guess.
While there may be Spanish I-Frame clones I have never seen, or heard of, anything but K-Frame sized 6 shot M&P copies. (Yes, there were some N-Frame copies too.) It is definitely not a S&W product!
Had to add that every Spanish S&W clone I have ever seen has readable markings which generally tend to be deceptive. The barrel markings on this gun are simply nonsense. Usually you will see the roll-mark "American best cartridges are those that fit best the.....", with the .... indicating the manufacturers name. They also are generally clearly marked on the barrel as to caliber, at least .38 which generally .38 Long Colt.
I notice Sebago Son made the same observations. In fairness I didn't go beyond my own post before adding the comments.

I've heard of these rare revolvers but I never thought I'd see a genuine Schmidt & Weston!
I'm so thrilled that I finally knew that it wasn't the real thing. I'm learning stuff here!

Firehallf11, is there any clue anywhere on the gun as to what caliber it is?

The Spanish gun looks like a 6-shot, but the OP's piece looks to be a 5-shot. It's a Khyber for me.

I'm thinking that the OP's gun is a Regulation Police knock off. The stocks are reminiscent of S&W from the early 1930's.
The Alpha shown in my copy of "Guns of the World" is fairly representative of the Eibar guns of this type.
However, to lend credence to the possible Durrah connection, the markings on the Spanish guns is legible and coherent. The markings on the OP's revolver is gibberish, but might look like English to a Pathan tribesman looking for a quality sidearm...
