Magpul magazine
What is all the hype about these? These things are going for gold on gun broker. Whats so special about them that I havent heard about?

They have a reputation for being very reliable and tough. They come with a snap on cover that allows you to keep the mag loaded without the lips at the top from becoming distorted over time. Good solid product.

They are rugged, work well and are cheap. Other than that, I can't think of anything.
The snap on top is now "optional" at extra cost.

They were also reasonably priced. Don't have an AR myself, but I think they sold for around $20. I saw some at a gun show this morning. $50!

On December 11 I was at the Bass Pro Shops store in Fort Myers, Florida, killing time before my flight home to Maryland. I noted that the shelves were full of 30-round AR mags, which we cannot get here in the Peoples' Republic of Maryland (20-round max allowed) and they were priced at $16 each. What a difference a month makes...
