Hey guys,

Anyone know of a reputable FFL holder in Frisco, TX.

I'm going to be transfering ownership of a rifle to my daughter. Since we're in separate states it has to go thru FFLs. I've got a good one up here. I just need one down in the Frisco area to work with.

Appreciate any help in the matter.

Do the search on gunbroker for an FFL using the zip code where your daughter lives. You can visit their websites. Since they will just be doing a transfer most any dealer can do that unless they are downright crooked. My transfer cost me $20.

It may be a bit further than you wanted but I've had good experience with Shoot Smart in Ft. Worth. It's right by the Cabelas and only $25.

Expand your search to include Plano, since it is adjacent and I have seen their ads on Gunbroker, Armslist, and DallasGuns. I don't know anything about them, though...they are too far north from where I live (south and east of Mesquite.)

Ft. Worth is a long haul from Frisco, and I would imagine you can find one closer.

Here is one in Plano; it's a pawn shop, but they do sell new guns, and they do FFL transfers in for $25:
