If you call finding one box of Federal 357 Mag. 158 JSP for $25.95 lucky.
Had to go to Walmart and as usual went by sporting goods and the ammo cabinets were mostly empty. As I was about to turn around I saw the corner of the box behind the door divider. I will look closer next time.

Big 5 had 158gr Rem JHP the other day for $50/50.

It pays to have a closer look sometimes. Sometimes boxes get accidentally nudged to the back. Sometimes they have extra stored in another section of the case. One time the guy found some ammo stashed under the register. No doubt one of the other sales guys had stashed it for himself or a buddy.

Especially in today's market, $26/50 isn't that bad for factory brand name 357 magnum, I'm sad to say.

I still have about 250 125gr JSP bullets for reloading, and count myself lucky. I sure with I had stocked up some more, before the current crisis.
