We see cases like that, and worse, all too frequently in our local news, and it's not just fathers. If anything it seems more frequently to be mothers, usually alcoholics and/or drug addicts.
I agree about the special corner of hell, but I hope it's co-ed.

Gee whiz Many....you are tough! The poor guy did set her down safely before he tried to elude local authorities. He should get creds for being a caring scumbag at least.
As an aside, the Kansas City, MO school system continues to lead the nation in per pupil spending and also down at the bottom in student achievement. It's a long story. The KC schools are directed by federal judges intended to remedy segregation practices of the past. The one lesson we can be sure of is that per pupil spending is not a guarantee of good schools.
