In the market for a chest holster to fit a 3" N Frame. Anyone know of a good one?

saw this style holster several months ago. i had an old shoulder holster w/ rectangle rings on the holster. took off the leather straps, used nylon straps, 1" wide, some sewing, and QD connectors. hangs perfect center chest. it can also be moved under the shoulder for driving. i think w/ some thought, using a krydex holster, 1" nylon strap, QD clips, a holster could be made to fit yourself. and not costing a $160. my 2 cts.

I sure would like to know the history behind this one....it has no markings so it leads me to believe it was made for the good Colonel overseas...
