New term for donuts
Talking to an old friend Sunday. He is a Local Police officer. Told him years ago a guy was giving me a hard time about carrying the 686 while others carried the Glock. Told him the hammer gave me a place to store a backup donut. He corrected me that the donut now is called an energy ring. Got a good laugh from that.

I have heard them called, sinkers, teamster steaks, and did you know that Cheerio's are donut seeds?

What happened to the cartoons of the past of a beat cop openly stealing a apple out of a barrel? Times change. (He always weighed 280 lbs)

Well those cartoons are not relevant anymore, because there are no more "fat cops".

Kinda had to laugh when I read that the donut shop was the only business open during the Boston lock down.

I think that's what they're calling Bloomberg's Food Patrol.

So, donut holes are now known as "energy holes"??
Sounds almost, well, obscene.

I have heard the moniker; "Nutritional Supplement" as it relates to those fried cakes of wonder.
And of course "Gut Grenade" and "Belly Bomber".
