"Little Charlie" got here 2/14/13. He's already frustrated because he can't get up and do stuff. I'll be glad when he can start following Paw Paw and his sisters around.

Wish I could report something similiar, but last weekend I went to my daughter's to be introduced to my grandson's future in-laws. How to make a guy feel really old!

Comgrats......Grandkids the finel pay off for raising your kids...Nothing like grandkids...I find I am a lot more tolerant with the Grandkids than I ever were with their parents....Funny how that works!!

Good advice, although I have to say, my grandson spoils me. Whenever he sees me, he stops what he is doing and runs over to me, arms wide, yelling "Grandpaaa". That always makes my day.

As George Minze said, Grandchildren are the reward for all your frustration and heartache raising your kids. My youngest brother is already a great grandfather.

when we lived in SC. 3 grandchildren would come to the house for 8 weeks of their summer vacation, this went on for 12 yrs. until they got older and had class stuff during the summer. one year the 7 yr. old granddaughter asked me to hide her in the closet so her mom couldn't find her. the next year she called her mother and told her pap found a school for her, but you can bring my the xmas presents at xmas. she was on a plane to orlando the next day! took the grandson coyote hunting one day, unloading the truck my wife took a picture of us w/ a pistol belt around my neck. their mother, my stepdaughter is total anti gun. nothing was said to me, but the young granddaughter told her mother she has to chill out. Pap only carries a gun to protect us. from the mouth of babes. moved back to pa. already cut a stock for the 7 yr. old boy. 22 rifle. plastic pistol, tranning doing good. range time soon. paid for a membership @ the club, he walks around the house w/ the ID tag on his chest. told me non of his cousins have a member tag to a club. they grow up fast.
