Doesn't look like the Ruskies like to wear seat belts much! Some of these guys should drive cabs in NYC.

One big difference between the US and Russia. The traffic cop in Russia asks for license, registration and videocam. Makes accident reconstruction much easier. Apparently there's so much insurance fraud everyone is installing a camera to protect themselves against being sued.
