The NA$CAR truck series will be racing on the dirt at Eldora tonite! A lot of NA$CAR fans might not be into the truck series , but I was watching the practice last nite and it was awesome!

I'm watching it tonight. A lot of heavy hitters like Scott Bloomquist and Dave Blaney probably be big factors while racing.

Judging from the brief view of the crowd at this thing, it may be a record number of people for the trucks! Good!

Tony Stewart owns Eldora. They showed good air shots of the track and surrounding area. Talk about the middle of nowhere.

Gotta grow your corn and wheat somewhere and gotta give the farmers something to do when they're not busy farming. Seriously though, Eldora is less than an hour from Dayton and less than 2 from Columbus and Indy. The great thing about being out there is they don't have to deal with sound regulations. Lots of tracks that have been surrounded by suburban sprawl aren't so lucky. The local track I grew up going to has to be done by 11PM now.
