Help, I Want A New House, Is This It?
I want a new house, but, due to the number of pull tags of the phone number taken, I suspect it is gone.
This would be a major upgrade for us.
Have you seen anything similar for sale??
We were hoping for a supa tank,
Oh, yea, there must be a farrier near by,

When you get to the cabin there will be a note on the door that says, "Back later, gone to the country."

I've almost zeroed in on it. Peter's Hill ( in Virginia...read the card on the bullitin board), 311, the curve and the bridge are on the map. A few more details and we'll be there.

If'n that's the place, I've been
on that road many times, on the
way up to the Pott's Slope firing
range. Nice country. right outside
New Castle.

Heck yeah! An acre and a half on a paved road for $18k? I'd be on that like white on rice! And it has some kind of cabin already on it too! Unless this is Deliverance country all I can say is ...SCORE!

Sounds kind of high at $12300+ per acre. Maybe the cabin is some kind of special ( doubt that ). It is beautiful country though.
$4000/acre is more along the high end these days. About 2 years ago I picked up 12 acres for $18000 north of there in Amherst county.
Look around real good before you commit if you're serious.
( after re-reading your post, I think I fell for it hook,line&sinker)

I'm not sure RW, I'm thinking the post may of had more to do with how the ad was written instead of the ad itself. I may be wrong.

I thought for sure somebody would pick up on the local town activity:
New Castle Open Carry Day
THAT was big news.
I doubt I could live there, there is only one LGS, but, she is nice to deal with.
New Castle does have two gas stations that sell pure gas (no ethanol)
I think the biggest industry is the sand plant. Oh, there is an IGA supermarket.
And a tractor dealer, Joe Looney's. Although, most of his tractors look like this:
Lancaster Farming: Classic Tractors

I guess if I miss that one, I could settle for this one:
00 Bradshaw Rd., New Castle, VA 24127 | ID: 45079-46652 | HomeFinder.com
How cool would it be to have you mailing address as
00 Bradshaw Rd
Could you write that as
Double Aught Bradshaw Road
??
It might be a little pricey??
