By the looks of the grip/magazine, only 380auto or 9mm plasma rounds will fit, Plus Pea of course!!!

Do I need a CC license to carry my electromagnetic rail gun in the Ferengi Sector and, if so, will the necessary license cover me within the boundaries of the Romulon Empire?

Or maybe a fast-draw rig (gun fighter) that is tied to your upper thigh?

Oh yeah, not a problem. Might just take a little more leather than a regular holster. Of course it'll need a matching belt.
