Rain is done, the best rain we've had all summer. I gotta get busy packing the camper. I wish I'd got firewood in the truck & covered before it rained.

No rain here, none was expected! Turned out to be a real nice day!
Got a lot of errands done and picked up some stuff for my end of the deck repairs! Now I'm going to have to do some work!
Have to move a recepticle, mount a new motion light and restring my canvass blinds. As soon as the deck guy is done,,,,I'm on it! Gives me some prep time,,,,that is prep myself to do it!

SW, I did not consider consequences at 18-19, lucky for me no long term mistakes were made.
Hot, getting drier all the time down here. 90 in the shade by 1000 but the humidity at daybreak is only around 70% and burns off slowly during the day. Actually quite bearable but could really use some rain.

Miss Mutt went to the vet today for abdomoscentesis (?) i.e. getting the excess fluid drained from the gut. The vet says she is in uncharted territory, no idea how she has survived this long except for the fact she is dearly loved and we (the family)are able to tweak her meds enough so she can still maintain a decent quality of life.

My GirlyGirl is worth the effort, incontinent thing she is, I can only hope when the day comes I can no longer hold my water someone cares enough to dry my bottom.

Alright brother!

Here are my stats for the day. I've been coasting with about a 7 mile per day average. I need to get that up to 10 to 12 miles per day. I'm still going to take a rest day off when I feel I need to. Pushing to the point of hurting a knee or ankle could put me down for a week or more. It is a lifestyle and if I cannot walk I cannot live the lifestyle.

If all I get in is 5 miles a day, it's better than no miles per day. I just do what I think I can do.

That seems like a nice even number to end this on.

I think we've drifted to the edge of the earth, and I'd hate for some of you guys to fall of.
