Need some help identifying this S&W .22 cal 10 shot Top-Break with S/N 68353. Any info appreciated as to Model # & approx. age.

Looks to be a Harrington & Richardson Sportsman, a 9-shot revolver.

Alan is correct. It is not a Smith & Wesson, but an H&R revolver. These are almost bullet proof old revolvers - you can shoot them forever , clean them, and they will last longer than you. Your gun is circa 1950-60s era.

Definitely an H&R, and fairly desirable. They are not seen very often anymore, but a high-quality revolver.

There should be a letter before the serial number, for example, "N." If you post that letter, I can look up the exact year of manufacture.

Brand new that was a forty dollar gun. Of course the last M10 I bought for 350 was a sixty-five dollar gun.
