Any Woggle Makers Here?
Just wondered if there were any other Wood Badgers here on the forum?
Made a woggle the other day just to see if I could remember. Still can, lol.
Wood Badge, 2009, Eagle Patrol. One of the most enjoyable, yet challenging classes I've ever taken. Worked my ticket better part of a year, but I got it.
I'm a retired Cubmaster, 4 years service, and spent three years volunteering with my son's Troop as a committee member.
Thanks to all who serve our nation's Youth.
YiS,
Rich

Woodbadge still around? I was still a youth when Woodbadge went to an online program. Not many adults signed up after that.
Middle Tennessee Council used to have a week long JTL for youths. Greatest training I ve ever attended. It too as gone online and thus lost its worth.

NC-546-312-43 summer of 1993. A "Sawtoothed Beaver". And I am "Smokey the Beaver".
Currently serving as UC for the units my grandson is a Cub in. As a matter of fact, I will be teaching his Den how to make rope and properly care for it this coming Wedenesday night.

Woggles, I've got woggles! My Dad was a 4 beader and taught around 50 courses and was Scout Master of at least 10 WB courses. I've given a lot of Dad's woggles to my cousin who is a father of quadruplets, (3 boys/1 girl) the 3 boys Eagles! and he an Eagle and a 2 bead Troop SM (as was his dad, my uncle!) Now with me, that makes 6 boys out of of 9 in 3 generations of the family being Eagles (my cuz's FIL, my cuz, myself and my cuz's 3 boys). Plus 3 Wood Badger's (My cuz and his dad are both 2 beader's and my dad a 4 beader) in 3 generations!

That is impressive. Our council conducts two courses a year, and you only get to be Scoutmaster once. After you get the 4th bead, you're done.

Wood Badge - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Woggle is mentioned (and defined) in the second paragraph.
