Not sure if anyone here shops on Sierra Trading Post's site, but I was just looking into some carhartt pants for the upcoming fall and winter, and found some pretty good deals.

Just placed an order for 3 different styles of pants, which are rather hard to find anywhere due to my weird combo of waist and inseam size. They were all "seconds", which means they have "slight imperfections" from the factory.

But hey, for 70 bucks shipped to my doorstep, and 3 new pairs of carhartt's, you just can't go wrong. Just figured I'd give you all a heads up.. many of you seem to be the outdoors, worksman type, so this site has probably got some decent deals that are worth looking into. Don't forget to use their "Coupon code" thing as well, scored me and extra 30% off.

Can't go wrong with Carhartt clothing, they wear like iron.... good score.
 
I've been a customer of them for several years. They have some very good deals, especially on seconds, and close-outs. Some of their items are a bit overpriced, but if you're careful, you can get some great deals.

A couple of years ago I found a close out on some cashmere sweaters for $35 each. They're very warm and comfortable. (Didn't intend to make anyone melt at the mention of cashmere in July!!! :D :D :D )
 
I'll definitely be looking there when it comes to clothing from now on. I hate going into stores to buy clothes. And you can't beat some of the deals they have online. Pretty excited to get those new pants in, even though it is summer, and they are thick pants
 
I've been shopping there for a few years, too. Their regular Carhartt jeans wear like iron, and the carpenter jeans with the double knees last forever. Bought a few fishing items, too. The only complaint is that they send me an email just about every day, but that's why there's a delete button.
 
Son works at the one in town---------he gets the employee discount on items.

Great company, really solid customer service and super prices. I have been buying from them for about ten years.
 
Pants just came in. I looked all 3 pairs over and it's still not clear why they're factory seconds. All are great quality. I know where I'll be going for my normally expensive clothing purchases in the future. 2 thumbs up to Sierra
 
I've been in their Reno store many times. Every once in a while you can get a great deal on clothes & stuff. They can never get any more as it was a first time offering, a close out. I bought 10 pair of wool socks made in Ireland 20 years ago. Just threw the last pair away a couple of weeks ago.
 
STP is my vice. 90% of my outdoor gear comes from there. Tons of great brands Marmot, mtn hardwear, ect. You can not beat the prices. I have never been dissatisfied with anything I have bought from them. If you sign up for their deal flyer email sometimes you can get an additional 45% off with .99 cent shipping on select stuff.

Can't beat it in my opinion
