...........don't know what my wife is feeding them but they are swarming today. Better check my Old Bushmills to see if she is sharing it with them,

Wow! That's quite the crowd you have there! Any "sword" fights yet?

Several sword fights, two feeders, and never could get a count but estimate there were at least 8-12 of the little fellows.

The wonderful array of crepe myrtles--four colors--behind my apartment building is in full bloom, so the hummers are pretty numerous. I have three feeders out, and they work them hard.

We're light on hummers here in my backyard this summer, too. Only one little white-throated has visited the feeder outside our kitchen window, but it's fun to watch him from so close a vantage point -- two feet away, behind the glass.....

Nice shots L-n-O!....I wish we could get multiple birds at one time.
We have three feeders (2 window and a small "hanger" out in our big island). We get a lot of ruby throated hummers, but never ever 2 at once at a feeder. They are very territorial when it comes to dinner. They come by to eat just about every 15 minutes for most of the day, but take turns. These were taken from my den window.

Now Kozmic if we had you, your, skill and your camera over to set on the porch, and drink some coffee we could really get great images of these hooligans.
