A positive on their customer service. Belt-clip holster for the cell broke. A cust. service rep took all the info. Took a pic of the broken parts & emailed to them as per her inst.
Slight glitch, email says I have to use their downloadable template with photo's of all components, more info, etc.
I call Cust. Ser., explain it's just the holster, on its way!
