Absent Comrade
Billy Bob and Bubba are walking down the street in Atlanta on their first visit to a big city when Billy Bob spots a sign in a store window advertising suits for $5,pants for $3 and shirts for $2. He gets all excited and tells Bubba that they can buy up a bunch of them,take 'em home to South Alabama,sell 'em to their friends and make a pile of money. He tells Bubba not to talk because the clerk will recognize Bubba's thick accent and think they are ignorant Alabama rednecks. So,they walk in the store and in his best Georgia drawl tells the clerk that he wants 50 suits,100 pair of pants and 200 shirts. The clerk responds "Y'all are from Alabama,ain't ya"? Dumbfounded,Billy Bob asks how he knew. The clerk answers: "'Cause this is a dry cleaners."
