Thanks, my wife set up a little workstation for me as a Christmas present.
We had that work bench down in our basement, buried under debris. I was gonna set up a leather work station down there but she didn't like the idea of me going up and down those steps with my gimpy feet.
So, she set me up right here in our livingroom.
Before that, I had stuff stashed in boxes and in corners. It was surprising how much leatherworking stuff I have once it was all put in one place.
Btw, if you look in the background, you can see the Pooh Bear that's 21' from our sofa. He's my dry fire target.

Scalping just got to be soo cliche.
Actually, I used to sculpt, air brush and make masks. It's polyurethane foam with latex skin and hand laid crepe hair.

Why, .218 Bee, of course!
Deadly on Pooh Bears, as this round "floats like a butterfly, stings like a...." You get the picture.
Really, not all that sporting, though. Like shooting fish in a barrel, as the Pooh is mesmerized first by the butterfly.....

Technically scalping doesn't require the presence of hair. Hair just gives a better hold and a more decorative trophy.
Snubby, however, is an artist and craftsman of a high order, and can easily fabricate convincing scalps, with or without foliage, if he wants to.
He is far too sophisticated (don't believe the "me gimpy old Injun" shtick) for that sort of thing these days.
I have it on good authority that he is writing and will direct a movie on the life of Zasu Pitts.

Zasu Pitts, now there is a name once heard is never forgotten.
You probably also listened to Helen Trent on the radio.

Snub, it sneaks up on you. First time I moved it took the bed of my truck and about 2 hours. I'm currently moving into a new house and the first shop load took my truck and a 16' trailer, and that was just benches/equipment.
Your wife did ya right with your own set up on the main floor no less!

My workbench is a disaster looking for a place to happen. I call it organized chaos. I used to try and keep it neat but gave up.
Now.
Before.

Tunes yes, TV no.
I have enough distractions. I spend more time at night doing billing than I spend in the day doing work. My two dogs help keep me unfocused.
Than there's the forum...............
