Default protest in indy

live in central indiana . of course the indy 500 is in the news a lot .
watching the news this eve. , learned a group know as the indy 10 are going to protest during the parade saturday . this group is reportedly sympathizing with other protest groups for the vilolence in the country with the different cities that it has effected . may even try to stop the parade !
wow .... this is too much . they are trying to be talked to telling them that there is more appropriate ways to make a point !
why disrupt families and citizens who are completely out of touch with the other isolated examples of things gone out of whack . ?
hope this doesent take place but the local indy police have vowed to jail any one who steps over the line ..... the world just isint getting any better ...!

Why do "we" put up with this "civil disobedience"? Evertime I see one of these nitwit mobs blocking traffic my mind always flashes to "what if a heart attack victim is waiting for an ambulance" and some Reverend is in the middle of the street preventing it from getting through.

I think the Indy 500 are all innocent and should be set free!

I remember the good old days when I was a kid, they would have got fire hoses turned on their sorry asses and/or the dogs turned on their sorry asses! Maybe that's what's needed now!

When will organized Motorsports finally take ownership of this problem and end the violence?

There's a non sequitur if I ever heard one. I guess if you haven't had a shooting you have to seize whatever justification you can. The presence of the media doesn't hurt either I suppose.

It really annoys me when groups think it's their right to hijack someone's else's completely unrelated event to foster support for their cause.
