Hopefully you guys get a World Series championship with him. I wish him the best of luck. He's a stand up guy and a great pitcher. He deserves to be on a winning team. I'm just grateful he got us a ring in '08.

And Reds fans like me are wondering why the hell they traded Johnny Cueto, one of the best pitchers in the league, to the Royals.

Now if we could just unload Tanner Scheppers! The guy blew a 3-run lead when all he was supposed to do was get one freakin out in the bottom of the 8th. EVERYONE knows you may as well spot the opposition 2 runs whenever they plan to bring him in. He stinks!
They panicked and pulled Hammels for giving up a double after 7 2/3s, still under 100 pitches. Scheppers comes in and gives up 3 straight hits, two of them doubles.

The Red Sox sold Babe Ruth to the Yankees for $125,000.00
I like to keep current with MLB transactions.

The NL East will go to the wire most likely w/no Wildcard from that division. The question is, who will take it? Should be interesting. The Mets made a few acquisitions ...

They traded Leake and Cueto because they have as good a trade value as they are going to have. The Reds save two massive salaries and picked up a cargo van of good players. Being 18 games out of first, they have to look to next year.
Two other former Reds that I follow, Hamilton and Choo, have done well as Rangers.
It will work out. It's all good.
