But then again we are assuming that the bad guys can read and would obey the sign.

I saw a news story a few weeks ago about a grass roots movement to take back neighborhoods one block at a time. They were using hand painted signs. As of the news piece airing, the gangs and dealers were yielding to the local's wishes. This came when the people finally got tired of small children were getting shot in drug related battles.

They have a hunting season for deer, why not have a hinting season for drug dealers? Permits are sold by the city with a three or four bag limit and must be tagged and registered at the local city office.
