Berea, Ohio Show?
Anybody go to the Berea show?
I decided to pass given that: - Nobody brings serious books anymore.
- Nobody will probably have more than one box of Hornady 200gr. .45acp XTP, and I don't want to have to search the whole show for four boxes of ammunition.
- There's no way of knowing if the Glock guy came or has the stainless steel guide rod and 20# spring I'm thinking of getting for my Glock 22.
- The largest building is probably closed.
- After this week, the place was probably a madhouse like the banquet hall scene in "Naked_Gun", complete with Peter Mark Richman running around screaming "It's a cookbook!"

Went yesterday and posted this yesterday in the 'retirement' thread.
"Acquired at the Berea show everything on my list. A 10XX S&W 10mm magazine,200 pcs of 44 Mag brass,250 pcs of 44 sp brass and a bonus of 2 69XX S&W magazines. Had funds along in case I found one of the pistols I've been looking for,a 4013,4014,4053,4054,CS40.
Last time I seen so many cars in the lots and patrons inside was for the 'frenzy' for the proposed AR15 and 30rd magazine ban.
Stopped at FFF just too see if the crowd carried over to there, not much of a crowd there."

I thought it was a good show. Very crowded but seemed things were selling thanks to a move by our Prez. Larry

Berea.............
good show, good crowd on Saturday, seemed more curious folks than serious buyers, weather cold and blowing today , so the crowd was down, but we did OK, just did NOT sell any S&W, just my Rugers, oh well.....'all they talked about was the obama "bs", and the AD down at the OGCA on Saturday, guy told us today , his friend found part of that guys "finger" ??..... two tables over from the 'AD' Saturday afternoon??? glad I was NOT there, they would have tried to blame ME in some way...
good top see you Larry, best wishes in your upcoming 'retirement', now maybe you can sit a spell "longer" (stay and visit) huh ???

I attended yesterday morning and thought that it was a good show. We were there when it opened and left by 11:00 am. I sold one gun and failed to find what I'm looking for now. I expected to see outrageous prices on ARs, but they didn't seem that bad.
