Went to the East Canton show today,Sunday. Should not be a surprise to anyone that follows this thread. Ten weekends so far in 2016,I've been to 12 shows, addiction, addiction, addiction.
The show was one of the smaller ones, but a good crowd. A 3rd back room was opened up for the show, the past couple ones here only had 2 rooms. Was told Saturday was crowded.
Picked up a RCBS 454 Casull die set(don't have a gun yet,just planning ahead for a S&W 460),a canister of IMR SR7625(no longer available),a 100 pack of 44 240gr coated bullets to try,and an assortment(5) of used shellholders(sometimes I gotta modify a shellholder for a different purpose,so it's good to have extras).
Stopped at FFF Canton on the way home, good crowd there.

Went to the Medina show today,Sunday. Was there about an hour, surprisingly small crowd for Medina, could have been the rain and some of the 'vendors' were doing OGCA.
Picked up a Lee 500S&W die set some(225) 41cal bullets.
Stopped at FFF on the way home, things seemed a little slow there compared to the action they've been seeing in the past few months.

I attended Medina as well today and as Denny stated small crowd which I found enjoyable. I found some reasonably price Winchester small pistol primers (3000), a single point sling, light to go on a rail, and a boresight for my AR. We actually spent several hours there. Arrived shortly after opening and left about 12:30. We ran into people that we know, but I didn't see Denny.

Also on April 23rd is the best show of all, the NE Ohio Bunch. If you follow Denny's thread on the Ohio gun shows and you live close, come on and join us in North Olmsted on Saturday. The best bang for the 5 bucks you spend to get in. Larry

Went to the Berea show today,Sunday. Was there about 2 hrs. Good to have the larger warm weather show compared to the smaller cold weather show. Good decent sized crowd, was told the Saturday show was packed. Picked up a bunch of miscellaneous stuff,brass-bullets-magazines.

I've got a Ruger Ranch bolt action in 300AAC,haven't shot it yet. I got dies, brass, powder, bullets for it but have yet to do anything.
The last Mansfield show was very good.

Went to the Mansfield show today,Saturday. Good size like the last Mansfield show, good crowd but not 'frenzy',nothing seemed to be selling. Last Mansfield show I acquired a good variety of 3rd gen OEM S&W magazines, this show only 1 40S&W double stacker for $20. Passed on a bunch of 454Casull brass, kinda pricey at $25 per 50,as I have a good supply.

No,I'll do Cedar Point tomorrow. Only been there 4 times so far, rode the new Valravn twice so far, very disappointing ride. Never too cold, end of October very late in the evening when it gets into the 30s'and the wind howling off the lake, been there done that.
Are you gonna be at NOSC for Tuesday morning.

I post about Camp Perry in the reloading forum in a thread labeled 'Ohio folks are lucky'. Specifically, because it's in the reloading forum,I describe/pics of the Fin Feather Fur store, with all their bullets-primers-powder in 'manufacturers row'.

No upcoming Ohio shows for June18/19.
There's one in PA just southwest of Pittsburgh by I70. Been told it's a good show, might go to it.

Went to Berea show today,Saturday. Was there from 10-noon,good sized crowd, typical of the Berea show. Got together with Jebus35745(Larry) for some grip testing/sizing for his 'bank note' revolver. Talked to BRatliff(Bob) for a bit.
Went looking for 3rd gen magazines, found none. Took along 2 22lr rifles,a Sears semi-auto(rebranded Winchester 190) and a Henry lever,no lookers. picked up 10 boxes of once fired collectable/semi-rare rifle brass. A bargain deal of $45 for the 10.

I looked for you Larry. Is the 627 prelock? If so please PM me the details. I was trying to keep tabs on my dad, still a little concerned he doesn't over do things considering his recent heart attack.
All the best, Bob

I was going to go today, but bailed in anticipation of "Soylent Green" style hysteria. I was going to try to find bulk 5.56mm as a precaution against hijinks spilling over from the RNC.
I've still got a bag or two of M193 left over from my run in with the National Alliance back in the '90s, plus the two unopened cans of Greek .30-06 I got at the same time, so I suppose I'm ok for the short term.

No wonder Fin Feather Fur was PACKED today...there were hardly any parking spaces at all in the lot there, from all the people that came from the fairgrounds up the street, to Fin's 10%-20%-30% off sale.

Fin Feather Fur
I picked up some powder and primers that I needed, so it saved me 10% from regular prices. Paying the entry fee at the Show when I only need a couple items, and walking 1/2 mile from the parking lot was not an option.

I was hoping to attend and hopefully seeing you guys, along with Dave the NRA-ILA rep. I ended up spending the weekend at Fairview hospital as my kid brother was admitted Friday evening with a stroke and other problems. He was in the ICU unit and we all took shifts being there with him and supporting his fiance. He's starting to do better and will probably move today to the step down unit and be there a while.

Could never buy them ALL out. Seen many of the 'standards' for 5906,6906,4006,4506,wasn't looking/interested in them. Was looking for 'single stackers' in 9 & 40 and 10caps for 9 & 40. Saw some old 9 hi-caps with a S&W metal baseplate, could be pre-bans,I pick them up in the future to assess/investigate them. I'm still learning the evaluation/identification of the 9 pre-bans,it's a new area for me. Seen many of the 10cap 9 & 40 at past shows and the tables with those mags indicated nobody wants them because Ohio is not a restricted state. I'll be picking them up in the future. My 'hoard' will be increasing once the Ohio gun show season picks up in the fall. The Novi Mich show is in two weeks as when I was last there,a vendor pulled out large Tupperware containers full of S&W mags,as I posted about recently.
