I know I kinda led with a downer.
But, the day was going pretty groovy.
We started out with an appointment with a physical therapist for my wife.
He checked her knee and checked the mri results.
We asked if her knee would get back to pre-collision shape.
He said, "absolutely!"
Four weeks or so of therapy and she should be back to normal.
We had a good workout at the Y, the sun was shining and it was t shirt weather.
It's only after we got home and I went to pet Zachary that things became a bit of a downer.

I'm very sorry for your loss, that's tough, been there and will probably be there again very soon with our 16 year old cat I brought to the vet 16 years ago as a month old kitten on her last leg. I'm also happy for your good news, suffering from bone to bone knees myself I know the feeling, if you haven't tried it your wife should try glucosamine condroitin capsules, they have helped me a lot and I find good quality and prices online at puritans pride. Lots of ups and downs in life but we have to take the bad with the good unfortunately.

Yup, we're both taking the glucosamine condroitin. I've got arthritis in both my knees and it really helps me.

Sounds like tonight is a good night to snuggle with Mrs Snubbyfan and Natahyo to fondly look back and optimistically look ahead.

Typical of life, good and grievous within hours.
Great news on the Mrs.'s knee, Hope that kink disappears.
I've got a knee that will blow up some day, I can't remember how I found it but I've been taking an algae capsule, Bio Astin for about a year and a half and I absolutely do not think about my knee. Something else to look at, the price is all over the place and I'm not sure I'll be able to afford the next batch without some serious shopping.
