I decided this morning that it's time to change my name.

From now on, please call me "Rice Krispies".

Why?

Every day when I get out bed, all of my joints snap, crackle, or pop.

That is all.

In all seriousness, though, my uncle told me that Tumeric helps with joint pain.

When my children were growing up, every one of them changed their names to "Not Me" or "I Don't Know" except my one daughter who adopted name was "It had to be one of the five brothers".

My kid's did the same, if I ever get my hand's on either one of those guy's.

Call me-sleepless. Id rather snap, crackle and pop--than have insomnia. I deal with the other choices all the time, but no sleep-I cant handle.

I remember my sisters and I laughing at our dad as he came down the hall. He made all kinds of noises. Now I know what he was dealing with, as I'm making all of the same noises.

I am the Three Dwarfs; Sneezy, Sleepy,and Grumpy. Once hayfever season passes I can go back to just Sleepy and Grumpy.

I work very hard every morning NOT making those old guy sounds when getting out of bed. I try, but often fail at that, when getting into or especially out of my friend's 2012 Mazda Miata!

Couldn't sell much cereal if it were named after my morning (or anytime) performance: Grunt, groan, stumble, stagger, dammit!, where's my coffee?, ya stupid cats!... aaahhhhhh!!!

And then another hour to wake up.

I wish getting out of bed was the only time my joints snap, crackle and popped.

I have noticed people making the groaning noise when they get up out of a chair even in their 40's. Seems things change after hitting 45 years old. LOL That should be our best years not the beginning of the downhill slide.
