staying up waaaaaaaaaay to late...
not eating correctly....
distracted at work......
Why? All because there is no easy way to disengage from this site.....every time I go to close the tab or shut down the computer my mouse goes to New Posts..there's another 30 minutes of no sleep......
the answer: need to restrict all users to one hour only on site per day then we can get some sleep, and work done and do things with our family.......
