In Hawaii we would call the bottom half of that guy " shark
bait".

Well, since the top half is permanently attached to the bottom half, I'd say that "shark bait" would be a pretty good nickname for him.

Nope, that's a construction worker.
Truckers don't even get a farmer's tan. They'll have a crispy golden brown left arm up to the short sleeve level, white torso, and lightly tanned neck and right arm. Reverse arms for Aussies.
