I have a love-hate relationship with the little prairie wolf. I shot control for a few ranchers when I was younger. I have shot a lot of yotes but seldom shoot one anymore. I sleep with the door open by the head of the bed and listen to yelps during the summertime. What a way to wake up. I know they often kill just for the sport of it, and know they are deadly to new born wildlife but I leave them for the young hunters nowadays .
