Default My S&W Family Photo. Handgun Edition

Was messing with my cell phone camera and got a photo of my S&W hand guns.

There is a fine line between want and addiction

The barrel and compensator are Volquartsen. I really enjoy the Victory. It had a couple minor and DIY fixable issues that other a few other Victory owners have also had. New product growing pains. I refer to the takedown bolt loosening issue which I knew about and fixed with a .49 cent O-ring before I ever shot the gun. Also a rare issue but 1 that I had was the ejector tab being just a tad out and not getting good contact with the spent casing. That was a free DIY fix with needle nose pliers.

From there its a great shooter.

Is the barrel a "must have"? No. I do get better groupings with the Volquartsen then I did with a bone stock SW22. But I also have spent far more time with this setup than I did a stock unit. This is my hobby. I don't shoot competitive, just compete against myself. But that said, IMHO the most bang for my buck has been the Tandemkross trigger. I find my trigger finger always finds the sweet spot on it consistently.

Its a New Age Family

These things breed like field mice and I haven't hit any limit that cash wont fix. And "turny" thing guns will be there eventually. But I think that a 1911 might be adopted next.

Just wait, sooner or later, you will end up with an earlier revolver. The seed is planted, your fate is sealed. You are one of us. It is only a matter of time before you develop N-frame lust. Oh, nice guns, good start.
