Enjoy "Lost" and "Walking Dead"?
Then I highly recommend "Glitch", an original Netflix series. There are only six episodes in the first season. It isn't particularly gory and doesn't have any scary zombies, but the plot twists are very "Lost"-like and it does have folks returned from the reaper's grasp. That's all I'll say.

I never got "into " lost-i missed several episodes and never knew wha hoppin? Im looking forward to seeing TWD this evening.
Also I never did get my question answered at why no animals were infected. Some diseases like aids-can go from another animal to a human--or so ive been told.

I also enjoy Walking Dead. Lost was ok until the final episode, which I hated.

I think I watched one full episode? then bits of a few others--it never hooked me like TWD did.

I liked Lost okay, for a while, but as the plot grew increasingly convoluted, I got bored and stopped watching it.
I watched the Walking Dead first coupla shows and then stopped. I guess I am just not into zombies.

I'm also a big Walking Dead fan but I couldn't get into Lost.
SIX on the History Channel is pretty good also.
Glitch sounds cool but I don't have Netflix yet.

I've found a lot of those shows to be that way. Lost, The Strain, Black Sails and The Last Ship come to mind. It's like they didn't think it would last as long as it did, so they had to really work to keep coming up with plots.
I've never seen a minute of The Walking Dead so I can't comment on that one.

I pretty much gave up on the walking dead since they changed writers to save money.I have been watching Z-Nation and it is a lot better in my humble opinion and animals do get infected in it.

I keep meaning to watch Z nation, looks like a good show.
And yes, I think the quality of TWD has declined over the past several seasons. The original showrunner, Frank Darabont (Green Mile, The Mist etc) left around the second season, the writing staff changed, so I think the show suffered after that.
The first season in particular had a nice cinematic feel, cut right to the chase without any filler. Only 6 episodes but, in retrospect I'd prefer that to a season of 6 good episodes and 14 painfully boring ones.
I think when season 2 started the storyline was slow for the first half of the season, so the show took a lot of flack for it and I'm guessing that is part of the reason why most of the writers got axed. In the end it's just about ratings, cutting costs and making money.

TWD takes place in Georgia, home of the Glock Factory, so why doesn't everyone have a Glock ?
In this series, lie others, firearms are laying on the ground after a shootout/battle and the survivors just leave them !!

All I know is that Negen's fixing to get his butt kicked.
Rick or Daryl's fixing to deliver the saviors a bunch of rotten eggs:

Love the Walking Dead but this season has been a let down. I'm hoping they step it up soon. Of course Fear The Walking Dead is on the horizon and that's been terrible right from the start.

I gave up on the Walking dead a season or two ago the focus went to personal relationships and a never ending but predictable series of post apocalyptic gangs. (BTW, has anybody noticed that the zombies seem to have slowed to a sloths pace?) Too bad, I thought it was a really good series in it's early days.
That said, I'll check out this new series. I just finished Marco Polo and new a fresh diversion!
Thanks for sharing.

What would Walt and Agent Cooper do?
I enjoyed Lost and would definitely watch it if it ever returned. Right now, I am really looking forward to the next seasons of Longmire and Twin Peaks.

I can't believe that TURN is likely cancelled while the worst show in history is still on. ,meaning ftwd.

I tried my best to like it but, the first 2-3 episodes sucked prune pits. I gave up after the kid who was on drugs--kept going among the dead wishing all the time that the dead would wise up--and eat him.

My wife and I are Dead fans....flew to Universal Studios in Orlando for their Halloween Fright night...
Special VIP tickets..at 6pm they kicked everyone out and locked down Universal Studios...you could only be there if you bought VIP tickets....they did the whole place up with Walking Dead, Purge, Freddy and Jason, etc.....zombies and dead everywhere.....it was awesome!

^^^^^^^^^Last time I was there-they had it set-up like BattlestarGalactica--Cylons and all. No-not the fairly recent incarnation garbage--but the original.
